HOW IT WORKS:

Once we receive your logo design order, we will contact you within 24 business hours to send you the logo design questionnaire to fill out. This logo design questionnaire helps us to understand your ideas. We ask that the logo questionnaire is completed and returned within 1 to 2 business days. After we receive the questionnaire, we will begin processing your design according to the preferences and ideas noted within your questionnaire. We will send a design draft within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

RUSH ORDERS (1-2 business days) are also available for an additional $20 fee.

After finalizing the logo and receiving your final approval, we will send you the final logo files to the email address provided.
